Kyle Gardner is the Vice President- Engineering for Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation. He joined the company in 2014 as a drilling engineer and was named Operations Manager in 2018. In 2016, Cobra began operating their first field in North Dakota. From 2016-2024, Cobra expanded their Williston Basin position through production acquisitions, mainly in conventional reservoirs. Cobra deeply believes in the next industry wave of the Williston Basin and actively studies to implement 21st-century technologies for improved recoveries. Over the past few years, Kyle has worked closely with the EERC to facilitate different research grants awarded to Cobra by the North Dakota Oil & Gas Research Program. Kyle has proudly served on the board of the North Dakota Petroleum Council since 2022.
