Brad Suddarth is EVP & CFO and co-founder of Kraken Resources. He has 29 years of energy industry experience with a focus on finance, accounting, valuation, A&D, production forecasting, reserve estimation, and petrophysical engineering. Before forming Kraken, Mr. Suddarth was a co-founder and CFO of Ursa Resources Group LLC until Ursa sold its Bakken position in 2011. Prior to that he worked at Legend Natural Gas in the company’s A&D group, Shell E&P as Senior Petroleum Engineer and Subsurface Team Leader, FBR investment bank where he was Associate Energy Equity Analyst, and Mirant Corp. as an Energy Equities Trader.
