Drew L. Wellsfry serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Silver Hill Energy Partners. Prior to joining Silver Hill in 2020, he spent five years at EnCap Investments L.P. As Vice President, Mr. Wellsfry was focused on the investment decision process and evaluation of key decisions within the portfolio. Prior to EnCap, Mr. Wellsfry served as a team lead and asset manager for the Texas Delaware Basin assets at Matador Resources, and before that, served in production engineering and asset management roles at Samson Resources. Mr. Wellsfry earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
