Lee Bartholomew is a seasoned subsurface and operations leader with extensive experience optimizing development and operational performance in the Williston Basin. He serves as Subsurface Manager at SOGC, LLC, overseeing geology, geophysics, mapping, and reservoir engineering. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Hess Corporation in roles including Manager of the Drilling and Completions Real?Time Center and Manager of Bakken Planning & Design, supporting planning, real?time wellbore placement, and completions decisions. Lee holds a Master of Science in Geology from Bowling Green State University.
