Margarita (Marge) Carlos, P.Eng. is a petroleum engineering leader with 18 years of experience across production and reservoir engineering, portfolio development, and corporate investment appraisal. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, she holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary. Since 2023, she has managed the Production Engineering team supporting ConocoPhillips’ Williston and Rockies assets. Previously, she served as a consultant in Corporate Investment Appraisal and held roles including Global Portfolio Development Engineer, Senior Bakken Reservoir Engineer, and Production Engineer across Global Production and the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
