Michael Madison is a Geologist and Founder of Green Mountain Exploration, with over 15 years of diverse subsurface experience across the Williston Basin and numerous other North American basins, working on conventional, unconventional, EOR, and CCUS projects. He specializes in regional and detailed subsurface mapping. Prior to consulting, Michael was a Senior Geologist at Whiting Petroleum, Kodiak Oil and Gas, and Rex Energy where he was involved in development planning, geosteering, and reservoir characterization efforts. Michael has a BS in Geology from Illinois State University, and an MS in Geology from Northern Illinois University.
