Pam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta in Canada. She began her career with ExxonMobil as part of Imperial’s Upstream organization in Calgary, Canada in 2003, and held a variety of technical and Planning/Commercial positions in Western and Arctic Canada before relocating to Papua New Guinea in 2014 to support the PNG LNG project. She came to Houston in 2017 where she helped lead the re-structuring of ExxonMobil’s Upstream organization. She then became Wyoming Asset Manager, with responsibility for operations at one of the world’s largest carbon capture facilities and the company’s only operated helium plant. Pam was then based in ExxonMobil Corporate Headquarters in Dallas where she acted as a Senior Corporate Advisor, followed by a Houston-based position in ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company as Global Vice President of Olefins. Pam is currently Americas General Manager and Denbury CEO where she oversees a large portfolio of operated and non-operated assets spanning the United States from the north slope of Alaska to offshore US Gulf Coast. Pam lives in Houston, TX with her husband and two children.
