Drawing on nearly 45 years of energy industry experience, Pierce H. Norton II is president and CEO of ONEOK and a member of its board of directors. He previously led ONE Gas as president and CEO following its 2014 spin-off. He originally joined ONEOK in 2004 and held senior leadership roles, including executive vice president, chief operating officer and president of its natural gas distribution companies. Prior to ONEOK, Pierce served in executive leadership roles at KN Energy, American Oil and Gas and Bear Paw Energy. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Alabama and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
