Vishal Gupta is President and General Manager of EOR Ventures for Oxy, where he leads the advancement, commercialization, and execution of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) in Unconventional reservoirs across the company’s portfolio. Vishal joined Oxy in 2006 as a Reservoir Engineer and has since held roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as President and General Manager of Permian EOR, overseeing the operations and development of Oxy’s Conventional EOR assets, including both waterflood and CO? flood projects. Vishal holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from Rice University and an M.E. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
