Colonel Coleman is currently serving as the Project Manager for Simulation (PM SIM) at CPE ST3. She recently served on the ASA(ALT) staff as special assistant for industry engagements. Prior to serving on the Army Staff, she served as the Joint Product Manager for Reconnaissance & Platform Integration, assigned to Joint Project Manager (JPM) CBRN Sensors, Joint Program Executive Officer for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO CBRND) from June 2022-June 2024. In this position she was the primary lead for CBRN reconnaissance systems including the NBCRV Sensor Suite Upgrade (SSU) and Dismounted Reconnaissance Suits, Kits, & Outfits (DR SKO) as well as all Army obscuration and CBRN Sensors integration onto robotics platforms. Colonel Coleman served as the Product Manager for Unified Network Capabilities and Integration (UNCI), assigned to the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network, Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications-Network (PEO C3N) from Jan 2020-June 2022. In this position she was responsible for cyber & network compliance of sustainment information systems and integrating the capability into the unified network. She was also responsible for maturing and adapting new information technologies into capability sets to enhance the integrated tactical network. Colonel Coleman began her Army Acquisition career in 2012 and is a certified advanced program manager. Her advanced education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2005, Master of Arts in Human Resource Development and Training from Webster University in 2011, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute (PMI) in 2022. Her military education includes Signal Officer basic and advanced courses, Adjutant General advanced course, and U.S. Army Command & General Staff College. Colonel Coleman has served in the Army for over 26 years including both the enlisted and officer ranks. She has held numerous command and staff positions in various logistics, signal, acquisition, and operational assignments over the course of her career. She served a combat tour in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in 2008 with the 3rd Sustainment Command as a Company Executive Officer. Other previous assignments include: Platoon Leader for the 212th Signal Battalion; Automations Officer and Assistant Brigade S6 for the 77th Aviation Brigade; Assistant Force Integration Readiness Officer; OCS Training, Advising and Counseling (TAC) Instructor, HHC Company Commander with the 233rd Regional Training Institute; Contingency Contracting Management Officer; Resource Management & Organizational Readiness Instructor at the NGB Professional Education Center; Mission Command Systems Coordinator and Requirements Analyst at NGB; Assistant Product Manager for the Commander's Risk Reduction Program, Deployed Theater Accountability System (DTAS), and the Tactical Personnel System (TPS) at PEO Enterprise; and Acquisition Career Manager. Colonel Coleman’s military decorations and awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Meritorious Service Medal with 2 oak leaf clusters, the Army Commendation Medal with 4 oak leaf clusters, the Army Achievement Medal, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award, and the Army Meritorious Unit Commendation. She is authorized to wear the Army Staff Badge.
