Dr. Sameh Ibrahim is a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist, PMP-certified Project Manager, and U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of experience leading complex educational and operational initiatives. A dedicated scholar-practitioner, he earned his Doctorate in Educational Innovation in Curriculum and Instruction from Augusta University. He currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Research, Counseling, and Curriculum at Augusta University’s College of Education and Human Development. Bridging the gap between academic theory and tactical execution, his research focuses on the impact of emerging educational technologies and evidence-based instructional methodologies. With over two decades of military leadership and project management experience, Dr. Ibrahim serves as a PMP-certified Project Lead supporting the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) and the broader Intelligence and Cyber communities. He specializes in modernizing curriculum across multi-domain security environments. A recognized expert in the ADDIE lifecycle, Dr. Ibrahim, consistently transforms complex strategic requirements into highly effective, learner-centric programs. He leads the modernization of learning environments by strategically integrating generative AI, immersive AR/VR simulations, and interactive multimedia. By pairing these advanced technologies with evidence-based instructional design, he significantly improves training efficiency and Soldier readiness.
