Madalyn serves as the Director of Workforce Initiatives for the SRS Community Reuse Organization. Madalyn brings a robust background in communication, event management, strategic planning, and workforce development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Carolina Aiken. Her academic focus on interpersonal, leadership, and organizational communication has been a cornerstone of her successful career. In her current role, Madalyn has successfully secured $10.8 million in grant funding to support workforce development initiatives across the five counties served by the SRSCRO. Her work focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding workforce opportunities, and creating innovative programs that strengthen the regional talent pipeline. In her most recent role as the Director of Programs and Events at the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, Madalyn was instrumental in advising on program and event strategies, aligning them with organizational goals. She led a team in the execution of more than 13 annual events, managed a substantial budget, and secured sponsorships through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Outside of her professional accomplishments, Madalyn is a devoted wife and loving mother to three beautiful children.
