Mr. Bret Eddinger currently serves as the Chief of the Architecture and Interoperability Division for the Project Manager, Electromagnetic Warfare and Collection (PM EWC) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Over his 29-year career, he has served in numerous roles including Senior Engineer for Offensive Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Branch Chief within the U.S. Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center. He also completed a two-year rotational assignment in support of the EW Director within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD A&S). Bret is the EW member at large for NATO’s Non-Kinetic Effects Scientific & Technical Committee. He is leading a multi-national initiative focused on the development of a coalition Electromagnetic Warfare Techniques Arsenal (EWTA) supporting enhanced non-kinetic munitions employment.
