Samuel "Ike" Faddis is the Chief Architect of the Cyber and Electronic Warfare (EW) Directorate at the Army Software and Innovation Center. A recognized leader in EW software ecosystems, DevSecOps, and AI/ML integration, Ike previously drove critical capability updates as the Systems Engineering & Integration Team Lead for the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT). He holds an M.S. in Applied Statistics from the University of Delaware and brings nearly a decade of experience accelerating modern software practices to advance Army EW and rapid reprogramming capabilities.
