Mr. Mark Farwell currently serves as the Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) Division Chief within the Army’s Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) Combat Capability Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center. Mr. Farwell is responsible for leading C5ISR Center research and development efforts in Cyber Operations, Offensive Electronic Warfare (EW), and other Radio Frequency Enabled Effects at the tactical edge. Mr. Farwell began his career in 2001 at the legacy Intelligence & Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) Fort Monmouth, NJ as an Electrical Engineer in the Measurement And Signature Intelligence (MASINT) Division. Mr. Farwell has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rowan University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
