CW5 Felix G. Arroyo is the Ordnance Electronic Maintenance Training Department Warrant Officer Division Chief at Fort Gordon, GA. He advices the Ordnance School Commandant on the development, education and training of Electronic Systems Maintenance Warrant Officers (948B) and Electronic Missile Maintenance Warrant Officers (948D). He is also a senior advisor to the Chief of Ordnance on all training and development of the 94CMF (electronics and communications repair soldiers). He enlisted in the United States Army on 1992 and completed his AIT as a 68Q (Aircraft Navigation Systems Repairman). He was appointed as an Army Warrant Officer (948B) in 2005. He is a native of Caguas, Puerto Rico.
