Alison Girard is a senior marketing and placemaking leader with more than 25 years of experience translating brand strategy into on-the-ground results for residential communities. Her work spans mixed-use, urban infill, suburban and large-scale master-planned developments across Southern California and Arizona, including the landmark Playa Vista community on Los Angeles’ Westside. At Brookfield Residential, Alison is known for bridging thoughtful community design with data-driven marketing and sales alignment. A hands-on leader, she focuses on ensuring strategy doesn’t stop at planning, but carries through to sales execution and the buyer experience. Her work consistently strengthens performance while supporting Brookfield’s mission to create exceptional places to call home.
