Brad started working in construction as a young boy of 12, working for his father's construction company. He’s had many experiences in the industry, working in the production sector for 17 years, running the family company with his brother for ten years, and now having worked for Magleby Construction for 11 years. Along the way, he joined the UVHBA and cherishes his experience and the lifelong friends he’s made. He met Paul Magleby at the UVHBA, and became great friends. Paul encouraged Brad to join the NAHB Board, where he has represented the UVHBA for 23+ years. He currently serves on the NAHB Board, State Representatives, Budget and Convention Committees, and co-chair the DEI Taskforce. Two years ago, he was asked to serve as a board of trustee member for Home Builder's Institute (HBI) with a focus on developing workforce candidates for the construction industry. He currently serves as President of two Magleby-affiliated companies: Teamworx and Proworx, and CFO of Masterpiece Trade Services. Most of his time is spent in the Dominican Republic, where they have 49 team members working for US companies in the construction industry.
