Ronda Conger is a real estate renegade and builder of big things — homes, teams, companies, and humans. Wherever she goes, she brings bold vision, big energy, and a passion to learn, grow, and make people better. She is the 2021 National Association of Home Builders Woman of the Year and has also recently been named a 2026 “Most Influential Woman Leader in Business & Culture,” recognizing her impact not just in business, but in the way she shapes culture and develops people. She has been the Vice President of CBH Homes for 23 years, where she challenges the old ways, oversees all areas of a for-profit company, all while building a best place to work with a culture of love, fun and a get it done attitude. And when she’s not leading the largest homebuilder in Idaho, she’s speaking all over the country, writing books, and hanging with her 2 sons and hot-as-sin husband, Jim Conger.
