Nan Lin is a principal-level real estate developer focused on delivering scalable housing solutions in California. He is the founder of 4DIFY, leading California’s first fully permitted 3D-printed concrete housing development, and the founder of Kaizen Capital, a real estate investment firm established in 2012. Nan guides complex residential projects from concept through delivery, aligning capital, design, construction, and regulatory strategy across ground-up, infill, and community-scale development addressing the Missing Middle housing gap. He is currently leading entitlement and permitting for a 20-acre, 100-duplex (200-unit) 3D-printed concrete residential development, with planned construction beginning in 2027. Through 4DIFY, Nan deploys advanced construction methods to improve delivery timelines and manage execution risk within California’s labor, insurance, and regulatory environment. 4DIFY was named Sacramento’s Favorite Homebuilder in the 2025 Sacramento Favorites awards, a community-voted recognition of local excellence. His work has been recognized with Business Elite 40 Under 40 and as a Unity Change Makers Award recipient and Top 20 AAPI Change Maker by The Sacramento Bee.
