He has worked directly with land acquisition leaders across major U.S. markets and has developed operational frameworks that help teams increase evaluation capacity and improve decision speed without adding headcount. Oliver previously founded and scaled companies in healthcare and commercial real estate, where he experienced firsthand how zoning complexity, fragmented data, and manual workflows slow down development decisions.
