Natasha Gonzalez serves as the Acting Deputy Director for Financial Management in the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Financial Operations and Management (OFOM). She brings extensive leadership and deep technical expertise across grant payments, commercial payments, capital asset management, and risk management. A proven builder of internal control programs, Natasha has designed and implemented comprehensive control frameworks that strengthen operational resilience and compliance. She also champions modernization by advancing automation and data analytics to streamline processes and improve decision-making. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional teams through digital transformation and control enhancement initiatives, delivering stronger service and accountability across EPA’s financial enterprise.
