Susanna Eisenrauch, CGFM, is a seasoned federal program and project management leader with fourteen years of experience driving transformation across the Department of the Treasury, GSA, and other federal agencies. She is known for her ability to lead complex, multi agency initiatives, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and deliver disciplined governance, financial management rigor, and operational excellence across high visibility federal programs. As a Director at CGI Federal, Susanna draws on deep delivery experience within Treasury to guide strategic pursuits, shape growth strategy, and advise on mission aligned solutions. Her background leading multi disciplinary teams spans project planning, contract performance oversight, risk management, lifecycle governance, and development of operating models, SOPs, records management procedures, business architecture, and federal financial management standards. Susanna spent more than a decade with Legacy Grant Thornton Public Sector (now Guidehouse), where she advanced through progressive leadership roles. She supported Treasury’s FM QSMO as program manager, overseeing operations, marketplace development, customer engagement, and implementation of standardized financial management practices across government. Her work with Treasury FIT included shaping federal financial management standards and supporting the establishment of the Financial Management Standards Committee (FMSC). Well versed in financial management, standardization, and shared services transformation, Susanna brings both strategic acumen and execution discipline to federal modernization efforts. She is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and holds a B.Sc. in Economics from James Madison University.
