Steve Johnson is the Financial Systems Director at the Library of Congress. He manages the Legislative Branch Financial Management System (LBFMS), which operates as a shared service to Legislative Branch agencies. Mr. Johnson has 29 years’ experience implementing, supporting and providing strategic advice on federal financial systems. He is a member of AGA’s Washington, DC chapter. He is a CGFM, PMP, and CPA. He is a proud graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting.
