Allen B. Devine, CGFM, CISA, CPA, is a managing director in KPMG’s federal audit practice. With over 23 years of experience, Allen has been a dedicated provider of financial statement audit, attestation, and advisory services to federal agencies, local governments, and nonprofits. He broadened his expertise during a two-year rotation with KPMG's United Kingdom member firm, where he delivered audit services to public sector entities. Additionally, Allen spent a decade as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University, sharing his knowledge and experience with future leaders in the field. Allen is an active member of the AGA’s Washington D.C. Chapter and serves on the AGA Corporate Partner Advisory Group – Accounting & Auditing Committee. He is also an executive fellow of the KPMG Government Institute, reflecting his commitment to excellence and leadership in the industry.
