Brian Robinson
Analyst
FASAB


Brian Robinson serves as an Analyst at the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board. He is the project manager on the Direct Loans and Loan Guarantees disclosure project and has assisted FASAB staff with other projects such as SFFAS 64 MD&A. He began his federal career in 2016 as a Financial Analyst at the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission. He also worked as a Staff Accountant in the United States Senate’s Disbursing Office from 2021 to 2023. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Maryland and a Certified Government Financial Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Maryland and a master’s degree in accounting from George Mason University. He also has an accounting for government contracts graduate certificate from George Mason University. He is an active member of the AGA.
