Brian Ingle

Brian Ingle has a passion for helping people succeed in life and work. His three main focuses are adding value to others, empowering teams, and creating positive workplace interactions. He is a lifelong student of leadership and follows a principled approach, employing his knowledge of personalities and relational intelligence in all his interactions. Brian has over 20 years of leadership experience, having led in all three sectors: public, private, and non-profit. While in state government, Brian led the Transportation Cabinet’s administrative training branch, developing content and presenting trainings on over 50 topics to employees statewide. In addition, Brian has served as Director of Motor Vehicle Licensing (KY Transportation Cabinet), Director of Disbursements and Accounting (KY State Treasury) and is currently Executive Director of Planning & Management at the KY State Auditor's Office where he oversees the areas of HR, IT, and Finance.
