Latoya S. Hogg, Ph.D., is a Senior Analyst with GAO’s Natural Resources and Environment team, where her work covers critical issues in energy, nuclear weapons, federal lands, and tribal affairs. Deeply committed to talent development, she also serves as a Co-Campus Manager for GAO’s recruitment efforts at Howard University. Dr. Hogg’s diverse background includes leadership roles in social services and adjunct faculty positions at Howard University and the University of Texas at Arlington.
