Leveling the Playing Field


Kaitlin Brennan serves as Chief Operating Officer for Leveling the Playing Field (LPF), a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing access and equity in youth sports. With nearly two decades of nonprofit experience, she has helped lead LPF's expansion from a regional organization into a national network serving communities across the country. Kaitlin oversees organizational strategy, growth initiatives, and operations while working to increase access to sports opportunities for young people in under-resourced communities. She holds a B.A. from Syracuse University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore.
