Justin Cole, MBA, CGFM, is an experienced federal financial manager with a proven record of sustaining and leading financial and travel operations through crisis, uncertainty, and major organizational change. Demonstrated successes include delivering continuity and operational resilience during cyber events, natural disasters, and government shutdowns. With more than 15 years of experience driving fiscal accountability, data informed decision making, and organizational transformation across multiple federal agencies, Justin brings a deep focus on practical, high value improvements that enhance budgeting, accounting, and reporting. As the Central Allowance Branch Chief within the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer, he has led efforts to streamline travel management and funds control, implementing targeted fixes that drive measurable efficiency gains. His federal career includes leadership roles at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where he modernized financial operations and implemented automation solutions that significantly improved efficiency and reduced risk. Justin holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BS in Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
