Sean I Ryan is a Deloitte Managing Director and serves as CTO and AI Leader for Finance Transformation in the public sector. He has over 20 years of experience focused on technology-enabled finance transformation, and finance operations management for Federal and State Government clients. Sean’s experience includes leadership for design and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent document processing (IDP) solutions to solve complex financial management and mission challenges for his clients. He holds a BS from Duke University, and a Master’s from Cornell University.
