Bill Foy has over 35 years of experience in telecommunications and IT, with a career spanning infrastructure design, low-voltage systems, data center design and relocations, electronic security systems, and construction management across healthcare, hospitality, government, commercial, and mission-critical environments.
Bill currently serves as a Senior Project Manager with Faith Group, leading multidisciplinary projects with an emphasis on aviation, data centers, and gaming facilities. Previously, he served as a Director and Solutions Architect with S2N Technology Group, providing solution architecture and technical design support for clients and government programs. He is also the CEO of The Foy Group, Inc., a role he has held since 1998.
An active BICSI leader and educator, Bill served as a BICSI Master Instructor (ESS) and has contributed to curriculum development, training manuals, and multiple committees, including standards and editorial work. He has served six years on the BICSI Board of Directors and currently serves as the BICSI Board Chairman. Bill holds the BICSI RCDD, DCDC, OSP, ESS, NTS, and WD credentials.
