Tony Rossi, MBA is the Datacenter Engineering Lead (US - East) for CommScope’s Data Center business; focused on advancing enterprise data center design through education and thought leadership. He partners with customers and channel teams to architect resilient connectivity solutions, deliver Tier 2 technical guidance, and share best practices through trainings, articles, and conference talks. Tony’s 20+ year mission critical background includes eight years with the U.S. Navy in nuclear power operations and instruction, followed by leadership roles in enterprise/cloud data center operations and finance. He helped create the Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) credential as chair of the 7x24 Carolinas Exchange education committee and is the lead author of “Fundamentals of Mission Critical Operations.” Tony serves on multiple advisory boards supporting the data center and technology community. Outside of work, Tony operates an equine rescue farm and sanctuary with his wife and competes in speed-cubing competitions with his son and daughter – he can solve a Rubik’s cube in less than 30 seconds.
