A native Texan with a BBA from East Texas A&M, Karen’s early experience in a 24/7 family business fueled her passion for customer service and operational excellence. Throughout her tenure at Tellabs, she has led critical functions including IT, Global Support Solutions, and Technical Services—driving improvements in tools, processes, and lifecycle support. Karen combines a deep love of technology with a customer-first mindset, ensuring seamless experiences from solution design through ongoing optimization.
