He rose from apprentice to superintendent in one of the largest IBEW locals, leading teams on high-profile projects including The Freedom Tower, the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, and major healthcare facilities across New York City. Today, Josh focuses on elevating field leadership and strengthening workforce development strategies that attract, develop, and mobilize skilled trades professionals.
