Robert Bartz is a technical trainer, computer networking consultant, technical author, and speaker. He is the founder of Eight-O-Two Technology Solutions providing technical education and consulting services. Robert started his career in technology as an aerospace test engineer working with fighter jet radar systems and communication satellite spacecraft. He has more than 30 years of experience with computer networking technology and has attained numerous technical certifications over the years. Starting with Novell Netware moving on to Microsoft Networking, Cisco, CompTIA the CWNP program and others. Robert currently holds the Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) and CWNT (Trainer) credentials from the Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) program. He has authored 4 books for Sybex on wireless networking including the first two versions of the CWTS study guide and the newest study guide for the CWT and CWS certifications. Robert also authored a book for CompTIA on networking, wireless and Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies.
