As A&E Program Manager for Axis Communications, Geoffrey Bauer leads the A&E business strategy across North America. He works closely with consultants through industry programs and strategic engagement with the consultant community, including consultant-focused technology summits, supporting the development of specifications, advancing practical design approaches, and promoting the use of design tools such as Revit® and Bluebeam® within real project workflows.
With more than 35 years of experience in the security and connected systems industry, Geoff brings a practical perspective on how design decisions impact performance and long-term outcomes. His work focuses on how design intent and infrastructure decisions influence operational effectiveness and lifecycle performance.
He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology and has earned the ESS from BICSI, PSP from ASIS, and SICC from SIA.
