Steve Morris is a National Office engineer for USDA Rural Development, Water and Environmental Programs. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Colorado and holds PE licenses from Colorado and Florida. Before joining the National Office, Steve spent 16 years as the State Engineer and State Environmental Coordinator for the Florida RD State Office. He also has a background in consulting, construction contracting, and materials testing.
