Scott was the Public Works Director for Woods Cross City for over 40 years. He served 10 years as the Legislative Director on the RWAU Board of Directors. After his retirement Scott found his way back to Rural Water working as the EFC specialist, helping systems determine their needs and potential funding for projects.
