Jason Knobloch has 23 years of industry experience with multiple water and wastewater licenses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and an associate in IT. He joined TRWA in 2017 and now serves as the Deputy Executive Director where he oversees all state and federal TA programs, TRWA’s mapping and leak detection services, membership, and leads the emergency response efforts.
