Anthony Pelham
General Manager of the Warren County Utility District.
Anthony L. Pelham is a Tennessee Professional Engineer and Tennessee Tech graduate with degrees in Mechanical and Civil Engineering. With 20+ years in the water utility industry, he has served as a consulting engineer, utility director, and since 2019, General Manager of the Warren County Utility District. He serves on utility boards and is head trustee of the James C. Hailey Scholarship Trust.
