RCAP Director of Capacity Development & Outreach

Lisa Fought is the Director of Capacity Development & Outreach at the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP). She has developed extensive expertise in water, wastewater, and economic development over 30 years with RCAP. She also served for nearly 15 years as the clerk of a small village. In her current role, Lisa oversees RCAP’s national training, communications, and events programs.
