Dr Mogge is presently serving as SC&As Program Director evaluating innovative technologies for the non-invasive identification of unknown water service lines. He is working closely with the US EPA to develop simpler and less expensive tools in order to reduce the cost of identifying the millions of unknown service lines held across the nation's lead service line inventories.
