Keith Jones is a U.S. Army veteran who served as a Combat Medic in multiple countries and earned the prestigious Expert Field Medical Badge. He is a Certified Utility Manager and holds California T-3 and D-3 Water Treatment and Distribution Operator certifications, as well as Nevada T-2 and D-2 certifications. He also holds an NACE/AMPP Level II certification. Keith is a Certified Infrastructure Liaison Officer with specialized training in weapons of mass destruction, threat and risk assessment, and the Homeland Security Comprehensive Threat Assessment Model. With 38 years of experience in the drinking water industry, Keith has built a distinguished career encompassing utility operations, regulatory compliance, infrastructure and asset management, professional training, and drinking water system security. His extensive technical expertise, operational leadership, and commitment to protecting critical infrastructure have made him a respected and trusted professional within the water industry.
