Satish Hodage is a chemical technology professional with over 27 years of global experience in product innovation, manufacturing processes, and business development. He holds a Master’s degree in Pulp and Paper Science and has specialized in ligno-cellulosic fiber modification, advancing sustainable materials for industries including textiles, paper, packaging, non-wovens, and coatings. His expertise lies in developing customized chemical formulations, cellulosic nanomaterials, and process improvements that deliver practical, commercial solutions. Known for his “Commercialization Excellence,” Satish has led innovations from laboratory research through manufacturing scale-up and market adoption. He has held senior technical and leadership roles as Founder & CTO of YUJ Labs LLC, Vice President of Technology at Cellulose Solutions LLC, and with companies such as Deepak Nitrite Ltd, Dow Corning Ltd, Arjun Chemicals, and West Coast Paper Mills. Satish has also served as a visiting professor of Pulp and Paper Science at Karnataka State University, India.
