Since acquiring Southern Pool Designs, Austen has focused on creating a more transparent and systems-driven approach to construction. He brings a strong emphasis on process, data, and customer experience, implementing tools and workflows that improve visibility, streamline operations, and create a more consistent experience for both clients and teams. Austen is known for his commitment to transparency and communication, including open-book management and a hands-on approach to keeping both clients and teams aligned. His goal is simple: to raise the standard for how pool projects are managed and delivered while building a business designed to last.
