John Bereza serves as Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager for Haviland Pool & Spa, bringing more than two decades of industry experience to the role. Since joining the company in 2003, he has become a trusted resource for pool and spa water chemistry, employee training, consumer education, and industry best practices. John regularly works with pool professionals and retailers throughout the Great Lakes region, helping customers navigate water care challenges and improve service outcomes. Founded in 1968, Haviland Pool & Spa is a Midwest-based manufacturer of pool and spa water treatment products. The company produces eight house brands, including ProTeam®, DuraChlor®, and SpaPure®, and serves pool professionals and retailers across the United States. Employee-owned and operated, Haviland combines technical expertise with a commitment to supporting the recreational water industry. John and his wife reside near Grand Rapids, Michigan, with their three sons. Outside of work, he serves on the board of his local Little League and enjoys golf, tennis, and pickleball. A lifelong sports enthusiast, John is a passionate supporter of Detroit's professional teams.
