Meredith currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Texas/Oklahoma/New Mexico health plan for Aetna. Prior to joining Aetna, Meredith served as CEO, Seton Insurance Company and Vice President of Accountable Care and Physician Engagement for Ascension Texas/Seton Healthcare Family. She has also held leadership roles in strategic planning, management consulting, and market research at Kaiser Permanente, The Strategy Group, Dreyer’s Ice Cream and Information Resources. Meredith received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Public Health from University of California Los Angeles, and serves on the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Austin Chapter Board and the Board of Governors for LifeWorks Austin.
