Michael Mercurio is the Executive Director of the Partners Professional Billing Office (PBO) at Massachusetts General Physicians Organization. The PBO is one of the country’s largest professional billing organizations, providing services to more than 5,500 providers. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and his MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Michael has spent his entire career in healthcare, holding various practice management, operational, and consulting positions.
