Leslie Richard is the National Director, Revenue Cycle responsible for setting national direction, policies, and strategies to create a high performing revenue cycle for CHI. Leading operational and tactical planning and performance monitoring, provide IT revenue cycle operational leadership, provide EMPI operational leadership, and serve as a subject matter expert resource in the interpretation of revenue cycle activities and needs, to assure revenue cycle management is an efficient and effective function integrated into critical programs for CHI. Leslie Richard joined Catholic Health Initiatives as the national director of acute revenue cycle in August 2015. With more than twenty-five years of healthcare experience, Leslie most recently served as the senior director of client services at TransUnion Healthcare in Greenwood Village Colorado. Prior to that she was the senior director of patient access and scheduling for Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System covering nine hospitals. In addition, she and held a variety of roles within the revenue cycle during her twenty plus years at Centura Health in Denver Colorado. Leslie is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, and a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association.
